On the Devon/Somerset border, nestling in the Blackdown Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Lower Luxton is a charming "Olde Worlde" XVII century farmhouse with exposed beams, log fires and beautiful views over the Otter Valley.

All rooms come with Tea and coffee making facilities, Television, Use of fridge, Towels, Heaters ,Hairdryer and a lovely view over the unspoilt otter valley! The Ash Suite consists of a double bed, window seat and ensuite shower room. The Oak Suite consists of one double and one single bed with washbasin and private bathroom. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom door on a quiet part of the landing.

A family run farm and farmhouse, the emphasis is on good farmhouse food and service and a warm welcome all year round.This is a real working farm with mainly cows but we do have a few sheep and our pets. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden or enjoy peaceful walks across the fields or down the country lanes taking in the quietness of the countryside.We are a friendly family and our aim is to make your stay with us as happy as possible. Families and parties up to six are especially welcome. Guests are not restricted in any way and are free to come and go as they please

Well-behaved pets are also welcome.
