Our hotel has been completely refurbished and all 9 bedrooms redecorated to a high standard. We have a choice of luxury super king rooms, doubles, twins and singles.Our guest lounge is on the ground floor, a lovely sunny room available to relax in throughout the day and evening. We have a super king or twin luxury en suite on the ground floor for those who have mobility difficutles.The Rosscourt is located close to Boscombe Spa resort beach area, the beach front and gardens are currently under going a full face lift. We have the first artificial surf reef in Europe due to be started in summer 2007, meaning the area will be great for surfers and spectators to the many competitions that are hoped to be held here. There is a surf shop on the seafront for all your equipment and lessons if required. Rosscourt has storage for surf boards in a safe and secure area. For business guests we offer WI-FI access, early breakfast and a comfortable base whether for 1 night or more. 5 minutes by car from the Bournemouth International Centre for conferences and exhibitions.  Being only 30 miles away, we are ideally based for the sailing events in the Olympic Games of 2012
