The Common Leys Farm Bed & Breakfast is a year round B&B providing convenient access to all the exciting activities Oxfordshire and Royal Berkshire have to offer. With Oxford only 16 miles away, Thame 7 miles and Aylesbury 16 miles, the farm is ideally located for business or shopping with the M40 only 4 miles away to Junction 8a.

We have four rooms available for bed and breakfast. All rooms have great views and are sympathetically decorated and furnished to high and comfortable standards. All have colour TV, hot and cold running water, drink making facilities and hairdryers.The price includes a choice of breakfast - both continental and full English. Our self catering apartments form part of a 500 year old Tudor Barn Conversion. There are great views over the pond with its abundant wildlife. Country Cottage and Willow Lodge are available for bookings now.

Towels and linen are provided. If you wish to be served during breakfast, lunch or dinner or at any other time during the day just let us know.There is a minimum booking duration of 3 days in the self catering accommodation. A lower daily price is available for bookings of 7 days or more that commence on a Saturday only. Please see our rates below. NEW! We are now taking bookings for next Spring in our camp site.
