We have been welcoming guests to Higher Coombe Farm since 1987, many returning year after year for the peace and tranquility found here.

You will find a warm, friendly welcome and comfortable rooms in the Victorian farmhouse, where the Farmer family have farmed sheep and cattle since 1913. All rooms have Colour TV, washbasins, Tea/coffee making facilities and electric blankets. Relax on the patio overlooking a pleasant garden or in the lounge, full of information about the area and local walks.

It is situated just outside the village of Tipton St John in the Otter Valley only 4 miles from Sidmouth sea front and the surrounding National Trust and Devon Heritage Coast. As as working farm, we need 24 hours advance notice of bookings.
