The Berkswell is an intimate and cosy family-run guest house that has all the facilities and qualities you would expect of a three diamond nationally accredited guest house.

All our bedrooms have En-Suite Shower Rooms, TV/DVD combos in all the bedrooms (with a library of DVDs for you to borrow). Ironing, Hairdryers, Radio Alarm and Tea & Coffee making facilities. Our fully qualified chef cooks a superb Full English Breakfast, which is cooked to order. Special diets and early Diners need only to mention their needs and they will be catered for. Evening Meals are an optional extra of which only the freshest, locally grown produce are used. The menus are well balanced and varied and a vegetarian option is included in all menus.

Situated at the South Shore of the Beautiful Fylde Coast, adjacent to the Promenade (100 yards) near Grosvenor Casino and south Pier. Two minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterworld.
