The Green Dragon is so much more than just a pub though. It's a thriving entertainment business in the heart of a beautiful rural setting. The pub has retained the character and presence that makes it the heart of this bustling, busy little village, proving an important social venue for the locals to relax and enjoy some friendly company.

In terms of the accommodation itself, we offer a range of rooms to suit all tastes and requirements - and all are Non-Smoking. Full english breakfast using local produce is included in the room price. Our non-smoking restaurant features log fires in winter and traditional pub games. There is a spacious function room/skittle alley available for functions and meetings, plus an enclosed garden with children's play area and petangue.

The Green Dragon is ideally situated for many historical sites and attractions, and has easy access to walks on Salisbury Plains (The Ridgeway). Only a 20 - 30 minutes drive from Stonehenge as we are situated between Stonehenge and Avebury. We are also 45 minutes from Longleat.
